About Me

I am Debra Kalinosky, one of 450 elite Certified High Performance Coaches, the highest level coaching certification in the world.  I am dedicated to helping people reach their potential and find their passion and purpose to live joy-filled, inspired lives.

As a Human Resources Executive, I have spent my career coaching senior leaders in fortune 500 companies such as Duracell, Gillette and Procter and Gamble.

I have a Bachelor's Degree from Boston College and a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University.  I have worked as an HR Executive for over 15 years and currently serve on the New Albany School Board. 

In my role as an HR leader, I have been honored to coach many senior level executives including Presidents and CEO's. However, as I worked with these clients I became frustrated with the coaching process.   While I would partner with them to set work-related performance goals, their health and relationships might be falling apart.  I was not satisfied with a process that only focused on success in the workplace.  When I learned about High Performance Coaching, I knew this was the only program that could truly lead to the outcomes my clients were looking for, fulfillment and excellence in every area of life and long-term sustainable success.

Using the High Performance coaching model, I am able to work with my clients to help them gain insights, awareness, strategies and tools that make a powerful difference in every area of their life.  This process leads to breakthroughs in thinking and behaviors that provide clarity for clients to discover their purpose and potential and achieve their dreams.
